Plumbers who know North York housing

Published prices: $225 tub or shower, $250 hand sink, $350 kitchen, $325 main via cleanout, $450 via toilet flange. Hourly work is $120 to $190.
If two fixtures back up together, that is the main until proven otherwise. We use the cleanout when you have one. Many North York bungalows do not, which is why the flange price exists. Camera next if the cable will not hold or comes back with roots.
Water lines and emergency calls
A residential water line upgrade typically runs $2,000 to $10,000+. A ¾-inch line up to 30 feet is often $2,500 to $3,800. Frontages on wider lots and restoration under interlocking push the number up. We quote the private-side scope in writing.
Emergency dispatch starts at $200. Frozen pipes still happen in poorly insulated North York additions and garage walls. Burst copper in a ceiling is a shut-off-first call. If you cannot find the main, say so.
