Estimates and work

Online forms and published prices are starting guides, not a binding contract. A written estimate after an on-site assessment is required before work begins, except emergencies where we may start to limit property damage. Final cost can change if access, permits, or hidden conditions differ from the quote.

Service descriptions, photos, and rates are provided for information. We may update them without notice. Third-party review sites (Google, Yelp, HomeStars) are governed by their own terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Ontario law, City Rooter is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Workmanship warranties, if any, are stated on your invoice or work order.
